Oregon university issues research ship construction tender

Oregon State University has issued a request for information (RFI) to shipyards that may be interested in the vessel construction phase of a new regional class research vessel.

The RFP process will comprise a technical phase to establish qualified shipyards and a phase to eliciting cost proposals
