Petram sells German yard business to Rönner

Bremerhaven’s Petram Group has sold its shares in three local shipyards to longstanding fellow-German associate Heinrich Rönner, saying it wants its shipbuilding interests to stay in trusted hands and not be sold off to investment companies, writes Tom Todd.
