Steel cut for second Skywalker class vessel

The first steel has been cut for Integrated Wind Solutions (IWS) second construction service operation vessel (CSOV) at the China Merchants Heavy Industry facility in Jiangsu. 

Construction of a second vessel Skywalker class CSOV began at CMHI in mid January.
