Stena RoRo builds world’s largest civilian hospital ship

Stena RoRo has been the project manager for the construction of the world’s largest hospital ship, Global Mercy, which is currently in Rotterdam being outfitted for a mission in West Africa.

The Global Mercy's design was based on a long-distance RoPax, replacing the car deck with operating rooms and hospital wards.
