Vard Promar bears first fruit

Global shipbuilder and designer Vard has delivered a 7,000m3 full-pressurised LPG carrier to Petrobras Transporte (Transpetro), the first vessel to be completed at the group’s newest yard, Vard Promar near Recife.

The 7,000m3 LPG tanker Barbosa Lima Sobrinho is Promar's maiden vessel, and the second of six ordered from Vard by Transpetro
