Agnieszka Sworska

Agnieszka Sworska is General Manager for Cargo and Fuel Systems at Nord Gas Solutions. She has spent almost her entire career in the oil & gas and maritime industries, building extensive experience in the design, delivery, commissioning, and management of marine and energy projects. Since joining Nord Gas Solutions in 2020, Agnieszka has led complex cargo handling and alternative fuel projects, with a particular focus on LNG bunkering, LPG, and ammonia applications. She served as Project Manager for the cargo handling and fuel gas systems of the world’s first commercial LPG/ammonia carrier powered by ammonia fuel, contributing to a pioneering project supporting the maritime industry’s transition to low-carbon and zero-carbon fuels. Her expertise spans project management, marine gas plants, cargo handling systems, and the implementation of innovative fuel solutions for the next generation of vessels.
