Norway supports hydrogen shipping growth

LH2 Shipping has secured NOK 344.3 million in Enova funding to develop two additional liquid hydrogen-powered bulk carriers for commercial shortsea shipping operations.

The Bergen-based company said the award strengthens its position in the growing market for alternative fuels and expands its hydrogen powered vessels portfolio to six projects.
