SHELL MARINE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS SAVE COSTS FOR CHINA RO-ROS

Hainan Strait Shipping Co. Ltd, one of China’s leading Ro-Ro operators, has extended the oil life and improved the reliability of the main and auxiliary engines on six of its vessels. Following Shell Marines recommendations on medium-speed engine oils selection have lowered lubricant consumption and extended the routine maintenance interval for maintenance and repair from one year to two years.
