Harvey Gulf selects Wärtsilä for first Americas PSV hybrid retrofit

Louisiana-based Harvey Gulf International Marine is undertaking the first hybrid retrofit on the Harvey Energy, the first LNG-fuelled platform supply vessel (PSV) in the Americas. Technology group Wärtsilä has received an order to supply an energy storage solution as part of the hybrid retrofit. The order was booked in April 2019.
