Democratising data with Kongsberg Vessel Insight

While the largest shipping lines have already implemented in-house efficiency monitoring schemes throughout their fleets, Kongsberg has launched an initiative to make the same technology available for the rest of us. Vigleik Takle, Kongsberg Maritime Digital Solutions SVP, believes that his system Vessel Insight will grow to eclipse the in-house versions, citing other industries as examples.
