2020 fuels: The end of a “false sense of security”?

The new 2020 fuels could be a wake-up call from what may have been “a false sense of security”, says Unni Einemo, Director of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA), because even now, commingling is simply not good practice “but by luck rather than design, most of the high-sulphur fuels haven’t caused that many issues”.
