LR to extend eCerts system from late August

Lloyd’s Register (LR) has announced that it will be extending its electronic certificates (eCerts) capability for new and existing vessels from late August.

LR anticipates that eCerts could eventually consolidate certification for an entire vessel into one document tracked through one LR number.
