CMB AND TSUNEISHI PLAN JAPANESE HYDROGEN TUG

A project for the construction of Asia’s first hydrogen-powered tugboat is underway after a joint venture was established this month between Belgium-based CMB, Japan’s Tsuneishi Facilities & Craft and Kambara Kisen.

CMB plans to scale the BeHydro technology up to produce engines up to 10MW for a wide variety of industrial, maritime and port applications.
