Wärtsilä to divest Wärtsilä Tank Control Systems to Svanehøj

Svanehøj, a Danish gas pump specialist involved in the design and manufacture of specialised deep well pump solutions, has announced a deal to acquire Wärtsilä Tank Control Systems.

Svanehøj is planning to extend its cargo system service capabilities to LNG vessels following the acquisition.
