New automation solution brings together system data for merchant vessels

ABB has launched a new automation solution, C-CAMs, that brings together vessel systems, power management, cargo control and tank gauging data. The solution, which ABB claims is the first of its kind to offer data via a mobile app, will enable faster troubleshooting and maintenance as well as enhanced situational awareness.
