CE Delft reports on potential impacts of ETS extension

The Port of Rotterdam has commissioned CE Delft to investigate the proposed extension of the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) to the maritime sector.

A study commissioned by the Port of Rotterdam from CE Delft found a number of scenarios where the extension of the ETS to shipping could impact the competitive position of EU seaports compared to non-EU ports.
