ExxonMobil launches new Cat II-approved 40BN cylinder oil
ExxonMobil has announced that a new premium 40BN marine cylinder oil has received a No Objection Letter (NOL) from MAN Energy Solutions for use in the engine maker’s Mark 9 and higher 2-stroke marine engines. Mobilgard™ 540 AC, which has been formulated to deliver advanced cleanliness to meet the needs of these newer engines, has been granted Category II status by MAN ES.
