Vard has secured a new contract for the design and construction of a cable laying vessel from Prysmian Group in Italy. 

The Leonardo da Vinci has been installing an electricity interconnector linking Campania in mainland Italy, Sicily and Sardinia, named the Tyrrhenian Link.
