CII rules for chemical tankers criticised

Stolt Tankers says the the CII is causing headaches for the chemical tanker segment and may even prove counter-productive when it comes to reducing carbon emissions.

CII regulations do not adequately take into account the greater complexity and different sailing patterns of chemical parcel tankers compared with product or oil tankers.
