Nikkiso acquisition extends CO2 offering

A subsidiary of Nikkiso Co.Ltd, Nikkiso CE&IG, has completed the acquisition of a Germany-based gas solutions specialist, Cryotec Anlagenbau GmbH. Cryotec supplies planning, project management, manufacturing and engineering services of skid-mounted/containerized air separation and liquefaction plants, and CO2 technologies.
