CMB.TECH puts technology at heart of Euronav reorientation

Euronav NV and CMB NV, its controlling shareholder, entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in CMB.TECH in December 2023, and CMB.TECH CTO Roy Campe noted that the company is taking an ecosystem approach to the emerging hydrogen complex, putting technology at the heart of investments.
