ECA approved for adoption at next MEPC session

IMO’s Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC) has approved a proposal to designate certain waters adjacent to coasts of Puerto Rico (United States) and the Virgin Islands (United States) as an Emission Control Area (ECA).
