Evergreen sells Sinopacific Offshore and Engineering

Evergreen Holding Group subsidiary Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group has sold a controlling stake in its gas-specialist subsidiary Sinopacific Offshore and Engineering Co to Shenzhen-based CIMC Enric.

The deal will turn CIMC Enric into a major player in the design and production of LNG vessels and equipment, said Evergreen
