INTERCARGO warns on 2020 sulphur cap implementation

The International Association of Dry Cargo Shipowners (Intercargo) has expressed its growing concern about introduction of the global sulphur cap on 1 January 2020, citing the scale of the challenge facing the industry and the need for a smooth transition.
