MAN and Hyundai to develop LPG engine

MAN Diesel & Turbo and Hyundai Heavy Industries Engine and Machinery Division (HHI-EMD) are to develop a dual-fuel, two-stroke engine capable of burning liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

LPG offers similar environmental advantages to LNG engines, but engines and bunker infrastructure are expected to be more competitive
