Maris appoints new Europe sales director

ECDIS specialist Maritime Information Systems of Norway (Maris) has appointed Ralf Pluch as sales director for Europe. Austrian-born Pluch joins the company from ExNC Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs, which he founded to develop and market AIS Class B transponders.
