Wärtsilä to deliver equipment package for new LNG vessel

Technology group Wärtsilä’s integrated propulsion and cargo handling solution has been selected for a new 30,000 cbm LNG vessel under construction at the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) in South Korea. The Wärtsilä solutions will ensure effective interfacing between the vessel’s propulsion, onboard auxiliary power generation, and cargo control processes.

The new Knutsen OAS Shipping 30,000 cbm LNG vessel will feature an integrated package of Wärtsilä solutions.
