First combined weather routing and voyage optimisation platform achieves promising efficiencies

An installation of an innovative weather routing and voyage optimisation platform aboard four Capesize vessels owned by Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. allowed the vessels to achieve fuel efficiencies of up to 12%, with average fuel savings of 8%, as recorded over a series of voyages during the first four months of 2021.
