Spain accedes to HK Convention

The Spanish government has acceded to the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Hong Kong convention, the treaty for safe and environmentally sound ship recycling.

Mr. Víctor Jiménez Fernández, Alternate Permanent Representative of Spain to IMO, deposited the instrument of accession on 3 June.
