Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Co. Ltd has delivered the first vessel of a new upgraded Handymax type, the TESS42. The vessel was delivered to the customer at Tsuneishi’s Zhoushan shipyard in Zhejiang, China on 13 May, the company announced.
