Pelagic invests in offshore wind vessels

Pelagic Partners is investing in two platform supply vessels to help it better realise benefits from the offshore energy sector

Shipowner and shipping fund manager, Pelagic Partners, has invested in two platform supply vessels that will see it partner with private investment and asset management firm, Borealis Maritime. 

Built in 2021, the 89m Aurora Coey (formerly Viking Coey) and Aurora Cooper (formerly Viking Cooper), are dual-fuel ice-class ships capable of operating on LNG, as well as being ammonia-ready.
