AiP for ammonia-fuelled Kamsarmax

Sumitomo Corporation and Oshima Shipbuilding have been awarded a new approval in principle (AiP) from DNV for an ammonia-fuelled Kamsarmax bulk carrier design.

Mr Toyota, General Manager of the Ship & Marine Department of Sumitomo Corporation; Mr Hiraga, President of Oshima Shipbuilding; and Mr Sollied, Country Manager of DNV Japan Maritime.
