MOL to acquire minority stake in Waterfront Shipping
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Methanex Corporation, the companies announced on 16 July. As part of the agreement, MOL has acquired a 40% stake in Methanex''s Waterfront Shipping subsidiary.
