Survitec Group, manufacturer and distributor for the survival technology industries, has appointmented Paul Lester CBE, as chairman.
Previously chief executive of VT Group and group managing director of Balfour Beatty, Lester is said to bring considerable industry experience. In particular, he played a key role in the merger of VT Group and Babcock in 2010. Lester has held numerous board and senior management positions at other engineering and support service companies in both the marine and defence markets.
