First AiP for Ammonia Floating Storage and Regasification Barge design
ClassNK has issued the world’s first AiP an Approval in Principle (AiP) for an ammonia floating storage and regasification barge (A-FSRB) design handling ammonia as cargo. The A-FSRB design was jointly developed by NYK Line, Nihon Shipyard Co., Ltd. (NSY), and IHI Corporation (IHI).
