CII REVIEW FOCUSES ON REDUCTION FACTORS AND FORMULA BASIS

The IMO adopted a scheme for a Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) at MEPC76 in June, but discussions are underway that could soften the requirements for particular vessel types or operational profiles.
