Bio-Sea secures STX shipyard contract
BIO-UV has secured a new contract with STX shipyards in Saint Nazaire, France, supplying them with ballast water treatment BIO-SEA300.
The system is for the STX’s Meraviglia ocean liner which has been acquired from the MSC company.
The ocean liner will be 315m long and 43m wide. It will be able to hold a capacity of 5700 passengers and is said to be the company’s biggest ocean liner.
BIO-VU is closely linked with STX shipyards and other similar partners, to provide modular, reliable, innovative and energy saving systems which will be efficient in all water qualities.
