Cryo LNG fuel system for Tallink ferry

Meyer Turku shipyard has ordered a high-power LNG fuel tank and gas handling system from Cryo AB, to be installed on a next-generation high-speed ferry under construction for Tallink Grupp.

Cryo AB will supply LNG fuel tanks and handling equipment to the new Tallink fast ferry due for delivery in 2017.

The system consists of two 300 m³ horizontal vacuum insulated C-type tanks with associated gas handling and control systems, including Cryo’s new high-power LNG vaporisers.
