Wärtsilä has signed an eight-year Lifecycle Agreement with Carnival Corporation covering four cruise vessels, marking the first service contract between the companies for Carnival’s LNG-fuelled cruise ships

Under the deal, Wärtsilä will provide comprehensive lifecycle maintenance for the vessels’ dual-fuel engines and associated equipment. The scope includes planned and unplanned maintenance, spare parts logistics, major engine overhauls, remote monitoring, condition-based maintenance, technical audits, crew training and performance management.
