Green Tech renamed Yara Marine Technologies

Exhaust gas cleaning system provider Green Tech Marine has been renamed Yara Marine Technologies after its acquisition by Yara International last year.

Green Tech was founded in 2010 and the company noted that it had grown into new segments last year including ro-pax and tankers.

Under Yara International the company is part of a strong portfolio of environmental technology companies, with parent group turnover reaching US$14.6bn in 2013.

The company’s management remains unchanged.
