LPG retrofit order marks MAN engine launch

MAN is set to launch the first LPG-burning two-stroke engine after securing retrofit orders from BW LPG for four of its VLGCs

MAN Energy Solutions has launched its first two-stroke engine capable of burning liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) following Friday’s announcement that BW LPG will be the first to retrofit the new engine type.
