Cargo Care Solutions opens Rotterdam hydraulics centre
Hatch cover and roro equipment specialist Cargo Care Solutions (CCS) has opened a hydraulics workshop near its Rotterdam headquarters in response to demand by ship owners.
The workshop will serve as the hydraulics centre for CCS’ European operations. The workshop will offer inspection, service and repair facilities for hydraulic equipment including cylinders, pumps, motors and valves. It will also offer repair and service of hatch covers, roro equipment, watertight doors, winches and deck cranes.
Peter Peltenburg, CEO, Cargo Care Solutions, said: “Our close partnership with ship owners has allowed us to directly invest in initiatives guaranteeing a vessel’s performance We are delighted to open this workshop as part of CCS’ continued commitment to ensuring that vessels are safe and cargo is secure through its transportation.”
