EXMAR names ammonia dual-fuel carriers

Belgian shipping company EXMAR has marked a major industry milestone with the naming of what it describes as the world’s first ocean-going ammonia dual fuel mid-size gas carriers, signalling a significant step forward in low-emission maritime transport

The vessels, named ANTWERPEN and ARLON, have been developed in partnership with HD Hyundai following a joint programme launched more than three and a half years ago.
