Lloyd’s Register has awarded approval in principle to HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering for its next-generation 210,000 DWT Newcastlemax bulk carrier design

The vessel concept features multi-fuel capabilities, allowing operation on conventional fuel, LNG, ammonia and methanol, ensuring compliance with current and future environmental regulations.
