A 200m inland cargo vessel is making waves with a revolutionary diesel-electric powertrain which promises to redefine sustainability on Europe’s waterways

At the heart of the Mannheim’s propulsion system are five powerful PACCAR MX-13 engines supplied by DAF Components.

Together, they deliver a combined 2,650 hp (1,946 kW), boosting performance while cutting emissions.
