Atlantic Towing has marked a significant achievement in its environmental efforts with the successful retrofit of its platform supply vessel (PSV), equipped with Vard Electro’s SeaQ energy storage system

The upgrade on board Atlantic Shrike has resulted in an 11% fuel savings across all operations and a substantial reduction in CO₂ emissions.

Vard Electro, a subsidiary of the Fincantieri-owned Vard Group, delivered a full SeaQ ESS retrofit package, seamlessly integrating with Atlantic Shrike’s existing power systems.
