Kongsberg Maritime’s new Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) helps shipowners and operators adhere to stringent environmental regulations and optimise fuel efficiency

The Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) delivers real-time data on vessel emissions, helping shipowners stay ahead of tightening environmental regulations while optimising fuel efficiency.

CEMS integrates seamlessly with Kongsberg’s K-Chief vessel automation system, streamlining data collection through a central interface.

This reduces manual reporting errors and supports remote diagnostics with full cybersecurity protection.

Designed for flexibility, the modular system is suitable for both retrofits and newbuilds.

Real-time emissions data allows operators to identify inefficiencies and make informed decisions that improve vessel efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
