RensenDriessen makes deep-sea debut with LNG tankers

Dutch firm RensenDriessen Shipbuilding & Shipbrokers is making its deep-sea debut with the brokerage of two 20,000m³ sea-going LNG tankers

Marking a major expansion beyond its inland shipping roots, the company will oversee construction at a selected Chinese shipyard, with vessel deliveries scheduled for 2027.

The twin tankers – each 160 metres long and 25 metres wide – will be powered by WINGD dual-fuel engines and fitted with iCER emissions reduction systems.
