Hydraulic fluid gets Rolls-Royce approval

American lubricant expert, RSC Bio Solutions, has had its EnviroLogic 3068 biobased hydraulic fluid approved for Rolls-Royce stabilisers under the revised 2013 US EPA Vessel General Permit (VGP) requirements.
