A 41,000dwt type has augmented the Seahorse series of versatile, efficient handysize bulkers. In the meantime, the original 35,000dwt Seahorse 35 type is the subject of ongoing design optimisation

A new, larger, version of a successful and efficient Danish bulk carrier design is being introduced to the market. David Tinsley describes the rationale behind this new 41,000dwt variant.
